„SchulWork“ an der Paul-Moor-Grundschule

Wer sind wir?

Wir sind die SozialarbeiterInnen Uwe Rattke und Beatrix Grill. Unser Träger ist die Gesellschaft für Sport und Jugendsozialarbeit gGmbH (GSJ).
Die GSJ ist eine gemeinnützige GmbH und ein anerkannter freier Träger der Jugendhilfe.

Unsere Aufgaben:

Wir beraten in Krisen und entwickeln in Zusammenarbeit mit der Schulleitung, den LehrerInnen, den Pädagogischen Unterrichtshilfen (PU) und den ErzieherInnen Strategien zur Prävention und Bearbeitung von Konflikten. Wir sind Ansprechpartner der SchülerInnen bei persönlichen Problemen und entwickeln individuelle Hilfekonzepte. Bei Bedarf begleiten wir einzelne Unterrichtsstunden, Ausflüge sowie Klassenfahrten.

Wir unterstützen die Übergänge von der Kita in die Schule und begleiten im Bedarfsfall den Wechsel von der Grund- in die weiterführende Schule.
Wir kooperieren mit der eFöB in verschiedenen Projekten für SchülerInnen der Paul-Moor- Grundschule.

Im Kiez betreiben wir Netzwerkarbeit und stellen Kontakte zu unterschiedlichen Institutionen her.
Den Eltern unserer SchülerInnen helfen wir gern bei der Kommunikation mit Behörden, dem Ausfüllen von Anträgen oder bei Erziehungsfragen.
